Oh dear, no posts to this blog since December of 2025. However, I have made four posts to my Astrowatch blog this year. Ah well, here's my first post of the year to this blog and it has to do with chart display. There is an effect that can be applied to any image and it is called "repoussé and chasing" but I'll refer to it simply as "metal art". Applied to a colour chart that has been created using Astrolog, the effect is quite impressive. Figure 1 shows the Astrolog chart and Figure 2 shows it once the metal art effect has been applied.

Astrolog of course adds the positions of the all the astrological bodies but can be a distraction and this display supports a more holistic view of the chart. It would be nice to turn this digital display into a real metal work of art.
